What you will do

• Develop and execute event plans across São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and other key Brazilian markets.
• Organize branded events, third-party conferences, and strategic executive dinners with key customers and prospects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and GTM teams for seamless execution.
• Create compelling event messaging tailored to Brazilian business audiences.
• Manage end-to-end event budgets and timelines.
• Analyze performance and build relationships with local sponsors and vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of event experience, including 3+ years in tech event marketing.
• Native Portuguese speaker and fluent English (C1+).
• Must be based in Brazil (São Paulo preferred).
• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian tech ecosystem and key industry events.
• Experience working with Brazilian event agencies and production partners.
