What you will do

• Investigate and determine the recoverability of medical insurance claims from liable third parties.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and plan members to secure fund recoveries.
• Document findings accurately within internal computer systems.
• Review and interpret complex healthcare contracts.
• Create medical expense spreadsheets and process recovery payments.
• Manage daily workflows using strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Experience in litigation, paralegal work, or subrogation is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in multi-tasking and time management.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
