What you will do

• Refine the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for Dungeon Rampage.
• Grow and engage the community across Discord and Steam.
• Manage influencer and PR outreach, including vetting and relationship maintenance.
• Oversee the creation of marketing assets and social media campaign strategies.
• Track and report on KPIs, including wishlist conversions and funnel metrics.
• Collaborate with the development team to communicate updates and progress.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• English proficiency: C1/C2 required
• Proven experience shipping an III/AA/AAA game within the last 2 years.
• Experience with email marketing tools like Brevo or Mailchimp.
• Experience with influencer management tools like Sully Gnome or Streamforge.
• Strong written communication and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with gaming creators, press, or influencers.
• Experience with A/B testing, analytics, or paid user acquisition.
