What you will do

• Build and run paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, and Google Ads.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs and media plan targets.
• Execute creative and audience test plans and summarize key learnings.
• Research audience opportunities and manage retargeting audiences aligned with GDPR requirements.
• Develop tailored ad copy and coordinate with Creative Services for asset delivery.
• Analyze competitor activity and track platform updates to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads and major paid social platforms.
• Excellent copywriting skills adaptable to various brands and audiences.
• Numbers-led approach to problem-solving and a strong interest in digital advertising.
• Comfortable using analytics tools and managing large data sets in Excel.
