What you will do

• Deploy, integrate, and optimize hirify.global technology in customer environments spanning network, cloud, OT, and email.
• Deliver deployment projects on or before expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and integrate new systems into existing network architecture.
• Manage customer support tickets and proactively engage customers to maintain healthy deployments.
• Advise key customers on security infrastructure design and planning, becoming a trusted technical partner.
• Maintain and enhance communication between go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations.

Requirements

• Technical background and experience as a Network, Cloud, OT, or SOC Engineer (or similar role).
• Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN/WAN, cybersecurity principles, and the OSI reference model.
• Entry-level understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices.
• Basic familiarity with OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model.
• Foundational knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing hirify.global sensors and software modules across cloud, email, and OT environments.
• Experience with hirify.global deployment options, integrations, and response enablement/tuning (e.g., custom routes, firewall integrations, email).
