Location: Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy (Hybrid)

Salary: No less than €34,000 per year

What you will do

• Collect and analyze permitting requirements across projects, tenders, and sites to identify synergies.
• Develop and update permitting procedures, templates, and centralized tracking systems.
• Monitor permitting status across multiple projects to identify critical issues and lessons learned.
• Maintain centralized records and ensure traceability of key information and obligations.
• Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to promote common permitting practices.
• Provide structured inputs and historical references to support tendering and project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in permitting or environmental management, preferably in the EPC sector.
• Solid understanding of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
• Experience working in a corporate, multi-project environment with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent command of English.
• Availability to travel up to 10–20% of working time.
