What you will do

• Lead the full product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define features, workflows, and user journeys.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Manage product backlogs and coordinate delivery within an agile framework.
• Review and refine UI/UX designs using Figma to ensure intuitive and compliant experiences.
• Analyze user feedback and performance data to identify and implement product improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in software or digital financial products.
• Native or near-native English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in the United States, with a preference for the New York Tri-State area or East Coast.
• Proven experience with financial products such as debit/credit cards, lending, or payments.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for documentation and project management.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and product design principles.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a major financial institution.
• Experience working in regulated industries or on SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Figma for design collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude AI for research and analysis.
