What you will do
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, including account setup and documentation collection.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with advisors to prepare financial plans, performance reports, and investment summaries for client meetings.
- Maintain accurate client data and interactions within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with custodians and brokerage firms to process client transactions and account activities.
- Ensure all client service activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management service business.
- Solid understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive financial and personnel data.
- Must be able to travel for business up to 25%.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or Raymond James platforms.
- Experience with Orion, Salesforce, or similar financial technology tools.
