What you will do

• Lead hybrid SAP infrastructure and architecture governance, ensuring availability, security, and performance across on-premise and cloud systems.
• Architect and maintain cloud integration and data flows using APIs, CPI/RFC, SOA, Boomi, and EDI connections.
• Own disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including backup/recovery strategies and testing across on-premise and cloud.
• Drive operations and service delivery through SLA tracking, incident management, upgrades, security patching, and system refreshes.
• Manage compliance, risk, and audit readiness (e.g., SOX/GDPR), including evidence collection, logs/configuration reporting, and GRC oversight.
• Lead SAP security and BASIS administration teams, manage vendor/partner integrators and cloud service providers, and enforce change control and vulnerability/patch management.

Requirements

• Experience leading SAP infrastructure operations and evolution across a complex SAP landscape (on-premise and cloud integrations).
• Strong knowledge of SAP security, SAP GRC, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) enforcement.
• Proven ability to run audit readiness activities and maintain compliance across SAP systems (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Hands-on experience with disaster recovery, backup/recovery, and business continuity for enterprise systems.
• Experience managing change control workflows for transports, patches, and code deployments with auditable documentation.
• Ability to lead and evaluate teams of SAP security and SAP BASIS/DB administration specialists.
