What you will do

• Manage full-cycle financial operations including monthly invoice reviews and effort reconciliations.
• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages for executive decision-making.
• Lead the formal fiscal year-end close-out process and ensure high-level reporting accuracy.
• Serve as the primary lead for internal and external audits, managing documentation and data requests.
• Strengthen internal controls and enhance ERP system functionality to drive organizational transparency.
• Ensure strict adherence to GAAP and federal financial regulations across all operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis.
• Proven knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance in government, nonprofit, or grant-funded settings.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (modeling, macros, complex formulas).
• Proficiency in enterprise-grade ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, or Essbase).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
