What you will do

• Develop inter-cloud connectivity solutions for enterprise customers in highly regulated industries.
• Build a control plane to orchestrate a fleet of single-tenant cloud instances.
• Expose complex infrastructure as APIs to support internal engineering teams.
• Debug and patch non-trivial problems in upstream dependencies like Terraform providers.
• Advocate for reliable services and participate in on-call rotations to uphold SLA commitments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Go or other strongly typed languages.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform (or IaC) and Kubernetes.
• Strong skills in debugging distributed systems and understanding OS-level primitives (network, CPU, memory).
• Clear and empathetic communication, especially in writing.
• Time zone alignment: Preference for UTC-8 to UTC+2.

Nice to have

• Experience building services exposed as APIs (e.g., gRPC).
• Implementation of system-level software or contributions to Kubernetes controllers.
