What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical design and delivery of services powering namespace scalability and reliability.
• Architect high-throughput data pipelines using Postgres, Redshift, Kafka/Kinesis, and Clickhouse.
• Establish schema contracts and anomaly detection to ensure data quality and correctness before it reaches customers.
• Set engineering quality standards through code and design reviews and introduce patterns for better observability.
• Mentor other engineers and collaborate across functions to translate product requirements into executable technical plans.

Requirements

• Deep experience designing production-grade backend systems in cloud environments with ownership of architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Go or another systems/backend language.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, including concurrency, scaling, consistency, and failure handling.
• Experience with data storage systems such as PostgreSQL, Redshift, and S3-compatible storage.
• Must be based in the United States.
