What you will do

• Scout and evaluate vendor partners in the region for Window Hardware, Decor, Kitchen, and Tabletop products.
• Manage vendor onboarding, ensuring alignment with quality standards and scalability potential.
• Strengthen existing supplier relationships to improve product costs and commercial terms.
• Monitor supplier capacity and style-level risks to ensure growth pace is maintained.
• Develop and validate open cost structures and templates to support fact-based negotiations.
• Collaborate on product quality initiatives to improve launch hit-rates and reduce returns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, or supply chain, specifically within hardlines or home goods.
• Strong analytical foundation for cost analysis and vendor performance tracking.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
• Foundational understanding of supply chain management or retail operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
