What you will do

• Implement experiment tracking, lineage, and reproducibility standards using tools like MLflow or W&B.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for ML, including automated testing, packaging, and deployment strategies.
• Design workflow orchestration for large-scale ML jobs using Airflow, Kubeflow, or Argo.
• Architect automated pipelines for model training, fine-tuning (PEFT/LoRA), and evaluation.
• Optimize distributed GPU training for throughput, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Develop evaluation harnesses and automated benchmark suites for quality and safety reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in MLOps, Platform Engineering, or DevOps.
• Strong proficiency in Python and building automation frameworks for ML workloads.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and GPU workload management.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Bicep).
• Practical knowledge of fine-tuning Transformers and operationalizing RLHF workflows.
