Salary: $134,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Design and build scalable AI infrastructure and internal tooling for data science and engineering teams.
• Create integrations with LLM gateways, agent frameworks, and structured output systems.
• Develop libraries and tools to accelerate AI-first product development across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI capabilities for logistics and retail experiences.
• Implement observability and monitoring systems for machine learning models.
• Contribute to the design of scalable infrastructure for large-scale data processing and model serving.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python with experience in modern AI/ML ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as LangGraph, PydanticAI, or LiteLLM.
• Background in developing infrastructure and tooling for engineering and data science teams.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized development (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end data science workflow.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco, Birmingham, or Minneapolis.
