What you will do
- Manage research, planning, and development of integrated communications campaigns.
- Oversee large projects and mentor junior and mid-level team members.
- Track project financials and ensure client revenue targets are met.
- Grow accounts organically by introducing clients to relevant firm capabilities.
- Lead new business processes and RFP responses.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients based on deep understanding of sector trends and stakeholder needs.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, advertising, or management consulting.
- Superior writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Proven track record of engagement with traditional media or journalism.
- Strong understanding of global sector trends with a focus on the Asia/Japan region.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to multitask, delegate, and manage assignments effectively.
