What you will do

  • Manage research, planning, and development of integrated communications campaigns.
  • Oversee large projects and mentor junior and mid-level team members.
  • Track project financials and ensure client revenue targets are met.
  • Grow accounts organically by introducing clients to relevant firm capabilities.
  • Lead new business processes and RFP responses.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients based on deep understanding of sector trends and stakeholder needs.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, advertising, or management consulting.
  • Superior writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Proven track record of engagement with traditional media or journalism.
  • Strong understanding of global sector trends with a focus on the Asia/Japan region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to multitask, delegate, and manage assignments effectively.
