Location: Must be based in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (Hybrid: 4 days onsite in Vilnius, 1 day remote).

Salary: 4,000 – 6,000 EUR/month (Gross).

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for Google Ads and Native Ads channels.
• Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Taboola, Outbrain, and MGID.
• Conduct daily campaign management, A/B testing, and performance analysis to meet profitability KPIs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page messaging.
• Identify new audience targeting, bidding strategies, and growth opportunities through market research.
• Contribute to building a high-performing performance marketing team by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience with Native Advertising platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, or MGID.
• Solid proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
• Strong understanding of attribution, conversion optimization, and performance metrics.
• Must be fluent in English and Lithuanian.
• Ability to manage large advertising budgets independently with a data-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience working with DTC e-commerce brands or subscription-based businesses.
• Experience scaling products internationally.
