Salary: Gross salary range is 5000-6500 EUR/month.

What you will do

• Scale the Meta growth engine and experiment with TikTok, YouTube, Google Search, and App Store Search.
• Own and optimize the entire acquisition funnel from the first ad impression to the final subscription.
• Monitor and improve critical growth metrics, including ROAS, CAC, payback period, and LTV.
• Drive creative strategy by testing messaging, hooks, and formats to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team while defining the high-impact growth roadmap.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience scaling consumer subscription products through high-growth stages.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, specifically managing substantial Meta budgets efficiently.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling new acquisition channels beyond Meta.
• Strong analytical grasp of cohort performance and unit economics.
• Experience leading and developing marketing teams in fast-moving environments.
• Must be based in the specified hub locations in Lithuania or Latvia.
