TL;DR
Lead UX Designer (UX/Product Design): Leading experience design initiatives across products and platforms with an accent on UX strategy, interaction models, and information architecture. Location: Onsite in Smithfield, Rhode Island (remote and hybrid options available)
Salary: $130,000 - $180,000

What you will do
- Lead UX strategy and execution across multiple workstreams or digital products.
- Design end-to-end experiences, user flows, interaction models, and high-fidelity solutions.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, design-thinking sessions, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with Product and Technology leadership to shape the overall product vision.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and constructive feedback to other designers.
- Champion accessibility, inclusion, and ethical design principles throughout the process.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX, Product, or Interaction Design.
- Must be based in or near Smithfield, Rhode Island.
- Proficient in advanced conversational English.
- Expertise in UX strategy, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Proficiency with Figma, Miro, and modern collaboration tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and measurable business impact.
Nice to have
- Consulting or agency experience.
- Experience working within enterprise-scale digital ecosystems.
- Interest or experience in designing AI-powered products and intelligent systems.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and modern development workflows.
