What you will do

• Translate complex business requirements into strategic, user-centered solutions for enterprise applications.
• Lead the full UX/UI design lifecycle, including user research, discovery, prototyping, and final interface design.

• Establish design standards and frameworks to ensure intelligent systems deliver trustworthy user experiences.
• Drive the development of AI-enhanced design workflows and tools to increase team productivity.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically within complex enterprise software or digital transformation.
• Expert proficiency in UX strategy, interaction design, and design system architecture.
• Advanced experience with Figma and modern design collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of AI-human interaction, conversational interfaces, and trust-building patterns.
• Proven ability to design workflows for autonomous or semi-autonomous intelligent systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
