Mechatronics Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform repair and maintenance on Coating (OFC) and Contact/Etch/Litho (CEL) equipment.
• Maximize equipment reliability and availability through effective troubleshooting and repairs.
• Document actions, irregularities, and statuses to ensure continuity across work shifts.
• Collaborate with management and technicians to complete priority maintenance schedules.
• Support continuous improvement of equipment and maintenance programs using LEAN principles.
• Manage inventory and maintain 5S standards in the manufacturing area.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in electro-mechanical/mechatronics with an Associate degree, Technical/Automotive Certification, or Military Technical training (or 6+ years of relevant experience).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Availability to work Back End Nights shift (6pm – 6am, Thu, Fri, Sat, alt Wed).
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, including wearing full PPE (bunny suit).
• Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, bend, and handle parts up to 35 lbs.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Thin Films Hi-Vac and related manufacturing equipment.
• Control systems integration experience.
• Background in LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
