Salary: $143,000 – $207,000 (depending on location).

What you will do

• Own and execute the interconnection and backbone strategy for the Americas, balancing U.S. scale with South American build challenges.
• Use AI-driven analytics to interpret traffic patterns, model capacity, and automate operational workflows.
• Lead high-value, complex negotiations for interconnection agreements and Tier-1 partnerships.
• Partner with the Regional Network Acquisition Manager to translate strategic intent into reliable execution.
• Optimize traffic flow across backbone, transit, IX, and peer connections to ensure high performance.
• Represent the company in regional and global industry forums and conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure (Telco, ISP, CDN, or cloud).
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including BGP, DWDM, and IP networking.
• Proven experience in negotiating and managing interconnection agreements.
• Working knowledge of the Americas connectivity landscape, including South American transport and IXP dynamics.
• Fluency in AI tools and a genuine appetite for using agentic tooling to scale decision-making.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for export-controlled technology.

• Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Experience scaling network presence in emerging or infrastructure-constrained markets.
• Experience designing AI-assisted analytics or automation for network operations.
