What you will do

• Manage engineering projects from initiation through to completion.
• Coordinate activities across operations, maintenance, quality, EHS, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.
• Support equipment installations, commissioning, and qualification activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contractors and oversee all on-site works.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and a relevant degree in engineering or a technical discipline.
• Proven background working in GMP-regulated environments such as pharma, biotech, or medical devices.
• Strong project management, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering engineering or capital projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and contractors.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dublin, Ireland.
