Salary: $106,000 - $132,000 base + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Manage the data feed onboarding process for complex institutional accounts.
• Communicate and explain onboarding workflows to clients in both English and Spanish.
• Provide expert guidance on account eligibility and authorization requirements, such as LOA forms.
• Triage and resolve complex account onboarding issues with tier-1 data providers and custodians.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Architects to ensure high-touch client experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance onboarding tools and UX efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing onboarding or success roles within the FinTech sector.
• Professional proficiency or fluency in Spanish is required for supporting Latin American clients.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with large-scale institutional customers.
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in utilizing AI-driven tools for workflow optimization.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM MT.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Google Suite, and CRM applications.
