What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go for a self-hosted SCIM solution.
• Deploy and support applications running in Kubernetes environments.
• Implement integrations with IAM and directory services such as Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions to evolve modern IAM services.
• Collaborate with platform engineering and DevOps teams to optimize platform performance and reliability.
• Support CI/CD and automation initiatives following cloud-native engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native and containerized environments.
• Experience working with enterprise systems and complex integrations.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Must be based in Albania, Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CDK8s, or CDKTF.
• Knowledge of Java, Groovy, or MidPoint.
• Familiarity with SCIM protocol, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and federation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
