What you will do

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters across production, testing, and development environments.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of K8s environments.
• Handle network stack configuration, including network policies, VPN, and load balancers.
• Automate infrastructure processes using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Coordinate with development and DevOps teams to optimize application deployments.
• Manage VMware environments and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes (VMware Tanzu is an advantage).
• Operational experience with virtualization technologies, specifically VMware vSphere.
• Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation scripting.
• Czech language proficiency (required).
• English: B2 level required.
