What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional SME for the Accounts Payable (AP) module, managing production support and issue resolution.
• Configure end-to-end AP processes including voucher entries, matching (2-way to 4-way), and month-end closing.
• Lead functional design by creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and implementing system features like Page and Field Configurator.
• Monitor and tune AP batch jobs using PeopleSoft developer tools including Application Designer, SQR, and SQL.
• Provide Level 2 Service Desk support and coordinate with Tier 3 managed services for complex troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and ITIL frameworks.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience with state government administrative policies and PeopleSoft developer tools (Application Designer, SQL/SQR).
• 12+ years of functional configuration experience specifically with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Payable module.
• 12+ years of experience managing and troubleshooting scheduled batch jobs.
• 10+ years of public sector experience supporting a network of 30+ state agencies.
• 10+ years of experience with ERP tools including PUM, Fluid UI, and Elasticsearch.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience with other PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules: Asset Management, General Ledger, and Purchasing/eProcurement.
• Experience with AR/Billing, Inventory, Project Costing, or Travel & Expense.
