What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional SME for the Asset Management (AM) module, overseeing coordination and issue resolution.
• Manage end-to-end AM functional configurations, including business units, depreciation rules, and asset profiles.
• Utilize Application Designer, SQR, and SQL queries to support functional operations and reporting.
• Monitor and tune AM batch jobs to ensure compliance and system stability.
• Provide Level 2 Service Desk support and coordinate with Tier 3 managed services.
• Lead functional design by creating and reviewing Functional Design Documents (FDDs).

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2 Asset Management module.
• 10+ years of experience aligning with state government policies and administrative guidelines.
• 8+ years of experience in the public sector supporting a network of 30+ state agencies.
• 8+ years of experience with NIST standards and multi-tenancy configurations.
• 8+ years of experience using ERP tools including PUM, Fluid UI, and Elasticsearch.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing ITIL principles for IT service and asset management.
