What you will do

• Manage the post-sale pricing process, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and validating pricing team outputs.
• Lead the Matching Adjustment (MAG) deal approval process and produce necessary technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain methodologies for Corporate Pension Solutions (CPS) member option calculations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges regarding assumptions and calculations.
• Design and implement scalable solutions, including robust processes and internal controls.
• Provide management information to governance forums and support the delivery of the CPS business plan.

Requirements

• Strong analytical actuarial skills.
• Qualified actuary status preferred, although part-qualified candidates are welcome.
• Deep knowledge of Financial Services and Insurance, specifically defined benefit pension de-risking, profits, and reinsurance.
• Experience managing multiple internal parties to ensure the delivery of contractual obligations.
• Technical expertise in pensions.
• Must be based in the UK (Reading or London).
