What you will do

• Coordinate parking approvals and geofencing updates with UK city authorities.
• Manage the London operations inbox, triaging and resolving partner and city inquiries.
• Assist in the planning and execution of operational events and partner activations.
• Collaborate with warehouse and field teams, including occasional site visits.
• Collect and structure operational data to create dashboards and recurring reports.
• Maintain and update internal documentation, playbooks, and process checklists.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or the UK to facilitate site visits and local coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Interest in operations, logistics, or urban mobility.
• Willingness to learn and apply SQL and basic dashboarding tools.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in operations, event coordination, or project management.
• Proficiency in using AI tools.
