What you will do

• Manage warehouse inventory and stock control activities using ERP and WMS, performing regular cycle counts and annual stock takes.
• Coordinate the procurement, receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of materials, spare parts, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including delivery notes, shipping documents, and invoices.
• Collaborate with suppliers and transport providers to ensure the efficient flow of materials throughout the supply chain.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment in compliance with QHSE standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics, or materials handling environment.
• Valid forklift operator's licence.
• Technical qualification or vocational training in logistics or materials management.
• Strong proficiency in ERP/WMS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English is essential.
