What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer base, resolving inquiries with a customer-centric approach.
• Prepare and submit reports and KPIs to track performance and service levels.
• Coordinate with customers and hauliers regarding delivery requirements.
• Manage stock queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform internal audits to ensure operational teams uphold customer standards.
• Communicate process deviations, quality issues, or service concerns to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven customer-facing experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data and report management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A levels or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to remain effective under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
