Salary: $115,440 – $186,160 USD

What you will do
- Manage and administer systems business functions to ensure continuous and uninterrupted system availability.
- Lead a group of high-level analysts working in agile pods on system enhancements and corrections.
- Oversee enterprise solution design, development, and documentation of standards for business applications.
- Map business and functional requirements to workflows and organizational processes.
- Manage enterprise projects, including task delegation, scope development, and traceability.
- Coach and train staff to facilitate knowledge transfer and department capability growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience in large-scale corporate systems analysis.
- 4-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Expert knowledge of business lines, business models, and operations.
- Proven ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications.
- Demonstrated leadership in planning, developing, and executing enterprise-level projects.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
