TL;DR

Finance Transformation Managing Consultant (Finance/Consulting): Leading the delivery of strategic transformation projects within the Finance & Enterprise Value practice with an accent on the finance value chain and enterprise model strategy. Focus on driving performance improvement, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and developing innovative finance playbooks and toolkits.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in London, Manchester, or Glasgow. Must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, involving periods of time away from home.

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of large and complex strategic transformation projects within the Finance & Enterprise Value practice.
• Develop and present practical insights and recommendations based on a robust evidence-base to clients.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor to senior management level executives.
• Coach, develop, and performance manage team members to support their career progression.
• Drive business development and achieve assigned sales objectives of £0.5m.
• Develop and evolve practice playbooks and toolkits to strengthen market position and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Fully qualified UK Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in performance improvement techniques and the finance value chain (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, T2F, Treasury).
• Experience building and leading teams and managing projects to successful delivery.
• Ability to work with finance teams in large, complex, or international organisations.
• Experience in target industries such as Public Sector, Energy, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive, Life Sciences, or TMT.
• Based in London, Manchester, or Glasgow with full flexibility for assignment travel.

• Experience working on solutions which successfully utilise Artificial Intelligence.
