What you will do

• Leverage data to deeply understand products and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams to analyze and implement features successfully.
• Analyze and balance the game economy to optimize revenue metrics.
• Evaluate and measure A/B testing results and player trends.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor landscape to evolve strategies.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of analytical experience in web, mobile, e-commerce, or online gaming.
• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying large, complex data sets.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Proven experience leading data-driven projects from definition to execution.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical tools and models is an advantage.
