Finance Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage highly scalable financial data workflows.
• Connect, transform, and visualize large datasets from ERP, BI, and transactional sources.
• Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite, Stripe, Salesforce, and other platforms.
• Create and optimize reporting and dashboards in collaboration with Finance and BI teams.
• Lead end-to-end projects from gathering business requirements to production rollout.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to accelerate automation and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Finance/Business.
• 1+ years of experience in data engineering, finance systems engineering, or ERP development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on programming/scripting skills in Python, Java, or SuiteScript.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (RDS, EC2).
• English: C1 level (excellent verbal and written communication) required.
• Location: Must be based within the European timezone.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow, reconciliation, and FX.
