What you will do
- Design and develop new features from scratch for the Inside Business Portal and improve existing functionalities.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and perform refactoring to address technical debt.
- Collaborate and align technical solutions directly with business stakeholders.
- Operate within an agile environment based on research, collaboration, and iterative delivery.
- Provide hands-on support to colleagues when investigating production issues or system outages.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional industry experience in software development.
- High proficiency in core server-side Java and Spring Boot (Web, Data, Security).
- Experience with Oracle database, SQL, and relational modelling.
- Strong focus on quality using Junit, Mockito, Power Mock, and BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, Maven, and Linux as a deployment environment.
- English: Advanced spoken and written proficiency is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with messaging technologies and protocols.
- Skills in optimizing software for high performance.
- Flexibility with other programming languages, particularly Python.
