What you will do

• Design a full suite of email templates for acquisition, retention, and referral across multiple hirify.global brands.
• Build modular landing page templates adaptable across categories, campaigns, and markets.
• Create and maintain a design system with clear rules, components, and variants for scalable execution.
• Partner with Lifecycle Managers and Creative Strategists to translate performance needs into template structures.
• Document templates so AI creation tools can generate on-brand output at scale.
• QA email/landing page output from offshore editors and AI tools against design standards.

Requirements

• Strong systems-thinking approach: design for reuse, scale, and component/variant thinking.
• Portfolio demonstrating scalable work across email, landing pages, and digital marketing assets.
• Experience structuring templates for AI-assisted production workflows.
• Comfort working at the intersection of craft and production, with a focus on quality.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience with email production tools such as Klaviyo or Iterable (or similar).
