Location: Must be based in Brazil (Remote or Hybrid)

What you will do

• Drive strategic product design initiatives, ensuring intuitive and accessible user experiences based on research insights.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
• Transform behavioral data and business insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality user interfaces.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews and usability tests.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Design Systems to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Monitor product success metrics (engagement, adoption, satisfaction) to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Design, including creating digital interfaces and user experiences.
• Strong proficiency with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Experience planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and defend design decisions.
• Analytical mindset to interpret user data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience designing B2B digital products, enterprise platforms, or SaaS solutions.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain, Industry, or Retail contexts.
• Knowledge of scalable Design Systems.
