What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
• Drive the evolution of design systems, component libraries, and modular frameworks.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
• Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify opportunities for UX and conversion improvements.
• Integrate AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and email experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional web design and conversion-focused digital solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout and design patterns.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS limitations, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with marketing analytics and CRM platforms like HubSpot.
