What you will do

• Design structured user flows and interaction models for complex, data-heavy workflows.
• Create and iterate on prototypes to validate design intent and usability.
• Participate in usability testing and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Prepare detailed design assets for engineering handover.
• Contribute to shared design systems and maintain established standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to balance user needs with regulatory and technical constraints.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
• Solid experience designing for data-heavy or compliance-driven software.
• Proficiency with Figma for UI design and prototyping.
• Experience contributing to shared design systems in multi-product environments.
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly using research and usability principles.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, and documentation.
