What you will do
- Design structured user flows and interaction models for complex, data-heavy workflows.
- Create and iterate on prototypes to validate design intent and usability.
- Participate in usability testing and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
- Prepare detailed design assets for engineering handover.
- Contribute to shared design systems and maintain established standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to balance user needs with regulatory and technical constraints.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
- Solid experience designing for data-heavy or compliance-driven software.
- Proficiency with Figma for UI design and prototyping.
- Experience contributing to shared design systems in multi-product environments.
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly using research and usability principles.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, and documentation.
