What you will do

  • Ensure personnel effectiveness to meet strategic goals and financial targets within the business unit.
  • Manage full-cycle staffing and ensure successful probation periods for new hires.
  • Foster employee engagement and retention to maintain a motivated, committed workforce.
  • Implement and enforce HR processes and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and measure manager and employee satisfaction with HR functions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an HR BP or HRD in an international digital, IT, or product company.
  • Proven ability to execute the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development, and termination.
  • Operational experience in C&B and HR analytics, including payroll budget and turnover management.
  • Strong command of both Russian and English is a must.
  • High stress resistance and ability to operate in environments of uncertainty and multitasking.
  • Strong project management skills and a data-driven, goal-oriented mindset.
