What you will do

• Lead and manage the Real-World Data team, including associates and specialists.
• Develop and maintain the overall RWD collection strategy.
• Oversee the execution of data collection within EAPs and non-interventional studies.
• Support clients with eCRF design, database set-up, and data management planning.
• Author and review RWD-related policies and SOPs within the Quality Management System.
• Represent the company externally at conferences, business development meetings, and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Real-World Data, Data Management, or Clinical Research.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or complex projects.
• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent client communication and project management skills.
• English: C1 proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or higher.
• Experience with RWD collection within Expanded Access Programs.
