• Provide 24x365 operational support for product development, systems integration teams, and lottery operations.
• Monitor enterprise infrastructure and escalate technical issues as required.
• Execute all tasks on the daily operational checklist under supervision.
• Generate and verify the validity and clarity of computer reports before release.
• Assist in recovery activities necessary to restore normal system operations.
• Coordinate with interdependent departments following established escalation procedures.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Two-year technical college degree or 2 years of comparable experience in a related field.
