• Lead and coach the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Implement local business strategies in collaboration with the Area Manager to reach performance targets.
• Define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs and productivity.
• Manage inventory and oversee day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure efficient store administration and drive employee wellbeing through regular 1-to-1s.

Requirements

• Prior relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
• Strong people management skills, including communication, motivation, and coaching.
• Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others.
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
