What you will do

• Lead the evolution of the cloud strategy and drive adoption of cloud-native SaaS and PaaS solutions.
• Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, policies, and frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders and IT teams to develop technology roadmaps and evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Establish and improve EA processes, governance practices, and tooling for better visibility and control.
• Integrate security, compliance, and disaster recovery (RTO/RPO) into architectural designs.
• Monitor emerging technologies to optimize costs and enhance organizational performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading cloud transformation and enterprise architecture programs across hybrid and on-premises environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), including PaaS and cloud-native patterns.
• Deep understanding of EA frameworks and the alignment of IT capabilities with business objectives.
• Experience governing security, compliance, and business continuity architectures.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for solving complex technology challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
