What you will do
- Coordinate compensation procedures and programs, serving as the focal point for escalated inquiries.
- Execute benefits enrollment activities, including employee notifications, campaigns, and administration changes.
- Administer payroll operations, encompassing preparation, calculation, and post-payroll activities.
- Ensure all HR processes and payroll activities comply with local China government regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate data in compensation and HR systems to support reporting and process execution.
- Provide HRIS support for Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service modules.
Requirements
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in HR, with specific exposure to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Solid understanding of China local government regulations related to HR and payroll.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience in payroll calculation, social insurance, and housing fund administration.
- Experience using HRIS, payroll, or case management systems.
- Experience preparing detailed HR and payroll reports.
- Experience working within a multinational company or matrix organization.
