What you will do
- Run end-to-end APAC payroll operations with external vendors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Administer employee benefits across APAC, handling enrollments/changes, renewals, and employee inquiries.
- Manage HRIS transactions and employee data in Workday to ensure correct lifecycle processing and downstream payroll support.
- Improve the employee lifecycle experience by supporting contract renewals, reference checks, VOE issuance, and Shanghai Hukou applications.
- Perform HR data audits, maintain physical personnel files (P-files), and validate employee data in Workday.
- Maintain regional employee handbooks (Confluence) and research employment/benefits compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits, or a related area.
- Hands-on familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Ultimate Software, PeopleSoft, or Greenhouse.
- Working knowledge of benefits plan principles and relevant employment/benefits laws.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and V-lookups).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and predictable availability.
