What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle for Hong Kong, ensuring accurate and compliant delivery of services.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to provide a welcoming employee experience.
  • Manage day-to-day activities including benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employment documentation.
  • Own HK statutory compliance, including the HK Employment Ordinance, MPF enrolment, and salaries tax filings.
  • Handle immigration matters, including IANG, Employment Visas, and business visas.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and leverage technology, including AI tools, to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 years specializing in the Hong Kong market.
  • Strong command of the HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and salaries tax requirements.
  • Proven experience managing immigration matters in HK.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth multinational environment with ambiguity.
