Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 + 10% Bonus

What you will do

• Lead, recruit, and manage a team of Hearing Care Coordinators (HCCs), including performance appraisals and ongoing development.
• Coach HCCs on scheduled evaluations, capacity management, and demand optimization.
• Ensure accuracy in regional collections, transactions, and clinic inventory control processes.
• Oversee insurance processes and the proper completion of patient Benefit Checks.
• Drive regional success by achieving KPIs and utilizing financial dashboards to monitor targets.
• Manage local marketing activities, community events, and partnerships to drive ROI.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York or New Jersey.
• Required: Previous customer service experience.
• Experience in a healthcare environment (2+ years preferred).
• Previous management and training experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Prior experience or knowledge with hearing aids.
• Experience with Sycle.net.
